It was built as a Vertical SaaS product, which means it's designed to be adapted to the specific needs of each industry or client rather than forcing everyone into the same process. The platform covers sales pipeline management, customer relationship tracking, and day-to-day business operations. The key design decision was making those pieces configurable, so different clients can run their own workflows through the same underlying system.
